He has a long and relevant background and experience from the retail/grocery and catering industry/horeca, and assists a number of exciting and leading clients with recruitment and executive search to find the best minds.

He has extensive experience from companies such as Mills, GRO Industrier/ Findus, ASKO Norge and VAASAN Norge.

His primary areas of expertise within recruitment and search are at all levels within management and specialist roles, category and purchasing, sales, sales management, Key Account Management, chain management, market/marketing and finance.

Rein is certified on the ACE, OPTO and CORE test tools.
