Stein Henning has worked with recruitment and search since 2010, including in retail, grocery, catering, FMCG and was involved in the establishment of Nor Selection Rekruttering AS in 2012.

His previous operational experience from leading positions within grocery and service trade/HORECA, makes that he has good insight and knowledge of the industries and the positions he works with.

His expertise is in demand and assists a number of exciting Norwegian and international clients with recruitment and tailoring processes to find the best candidates. Stein Henning has a large and widely updated network of potential candidates, his knowledge and experience can be used across industries in both small and large companies.

Before starting Nor Selection Rekruttering, he has operational management experience as Sales and Marketing Director from companies such as Diplom-Is, GRO Industrier AS/ Findus AS, Lerøy Seafood
