You understand that this information can thus be presented to customers and other partners of Nor Selection Rekruttering AS, and where the controller or data processor is obliged to do this as a result of statutory requirements .

The information is provided voluntarily, and you are made aware that you can request access, correction and deletion in accordance with § 18 and §§ 27 and 28 of the Personal Data Act .

Your privacy is important to us, and this privacy policy describes how Nor Selection Rekruttering AS collects and uses personal data. The privacy statement is based on the legislation in Norway, where Nor Selection Rekruttering AS is based.

Collection of information

  • Information from registration of CV profile and update(s) of the profile via “my page”.

  • If you apply for a position or register your profile through the “Search with LinkedIn” function or the “Search with jobreg” function, the system will retrieve available information from your profile in the service you authenticate with, and this information is then stored on your profile.

  • We collect data in aggregated form for visitors to the site, for example traffic data, location data etc.

  • In some cases, we will save the email correspondence when you contact us.

How the information is used:

The information collected is used where necessary to:

  • Deliver our services to you and communicate about these services with you.

  • Make an assessment of your qualifications and facilitation in connection with current and future recruitment assignments or staffing assignments.

  • Inform about relevant opportunities and services we offer.

  • Comply with legal obligations .

Data controller and data processor

Nor Selection Rekruttering AS is responsible for processing, and is the owner of data that is entered into the system. As a data processor, Recruitment Manager AS is responsible for the system solution, and develops, operates and maintains the system where your data resides. Recruitment Manager AS uses subcontractors to perform data processing tasks.

There is a separate data processor agreement between Nor Selection Rekruttering AS and Recruitment Manager AS which regulates which information the data processor has access to and how the information is to be processed .

Third parties

As said, Nor Selection Rekruttering AS will be able to process your personal data. Information about you may also be presented to customers and other partners by Nor Selection Rekruttering AS, and where the controller or data processor is obliged to do this as a result of statutory requirements .

In order to use your data efficiently, and to offer you the best services, it is sometimes necessary to send information to third parties. These third parties have separate and independent privacy policies. Nor Selection Rekruttering AS is not responsible for the content and activities of the associated services. Nevertheless, we want to protect the integrity of the services we provide, and welcome feedback in these areas .

Access, change or deletion of your personal data

As registered in the system, you have the right to demand access, correction and deletion as described in § 18 and §§ 27 and 28 of the Personal Data Act. The claim must be answered free of charge and within 30 days at the latest .

If you wish to withdraw your consent, this is done by deleting your own profile.

As a candidate, you can delete your own profile at any time from “Your profile” in the system, or you can contact Nor Selction Rekruttering AS for assistance with this. From your profile, you can also change the information you have entered on your profile in the system .
