Jon Aadne has a broad operational background spanning three decades as a manager and top manager within a number of industries, such as Auditing, Accounting, Logistics, Retail, FMCG, Sales, Telemarketing and Supply chain. His experience and network of potential candidates can be used across industries, both in large and small companies – from specialist roles via middle managers up to senior managers (C-level).

Among other things, Jon Aadne has held positions as finance director/CFO and managing director/managing director in companies such as Reitan Convenience Norway and Visma Services Norway. He has also held roles at middle management level as Head of Accounts and Head of Finance.

His primary focus areas within recruitment/search are management, economics/finance, supply chain, sales, category/purchasing, logistics/distribution, chain management, business systems, IT/ERP, and boards.
