Bård Arne Rolfseng has long and wide experience as a top manager in various companies. He has a background in the Norwegian Armed Forces, where he worked a lot with leadership and competence development at all levels.

He has extensive experience from various industries such as industry and production, Supply Chain, property development and the distribution/transport sector.

He has an education from the Air Force Academy, Molde University College and from the Master’s program at BI. He has also completed Tine Topplederskole, as well as coaching training from Stockholm University.

Bård Arne has led and implemented major restructuring projects in various companies. He has also contributed to strategy development and change management for various companies. Has extensive experience as chairman and board member in various companies and voluntary organisations.

Bård Arne’s areas of expertise within recruitment/search are top and middle managers in various industries but also positions within category/purchasing, logistics/distribution, Engineers in various areas, sales, property, sustainability, IT, finance and board activities.
