He has a long and relevant background and experience from retail/grocery and trade and assists a number of exciting Norwegian and international clients with recruitment and search to find the best minds.

Eirik has extensive experience from companies such as Orkla, Shell Retail, NorgesGruppen, Power and Sport 1.

His primary areas of expertise within recruitment and search are at all levels within management and specialist roles, sales, marketing, category, purchasing, HR, analysis/insight, sustainability, chain management, finance and e-Commerce.

Eirik is certified on the ACE, OPTO and CORE test tools.
